August Was Women’s Month

Like all mothers in the animal kingdom, dogs exhibit extraordinary nurturing instincts. They are incredibly attentive and protective of their puppies, ensuring their well-being and survival. The bond between a mother dog and her pups is a beautiful example of maternal care in the animal world. Many rescue dogs have been through difficult circumstances, including caring for their puppies under challenging conditions. Their journey often involves overcoming hardship, and their nurturing instincts continue to shine through even after they’ve been rescued.

Open 9-12 every day except Monday. Saturday 9-2pm and Sunday 9-12pm –
4 Clement Stott Road, Bothas Hill KZN

Meet Jango: A Sweet Senior In Need Of A Loving Home

Jango came to us from Stray Paws Rescue SA and he’s looking for a family to help him live out the rest of his life in peace and love. This gorgeous senior boy has had a tough start but has blossomed into the most affectionate and happy dog under our care.
Jango deserves to spend his golden years curled up on a cozy couch, surrounded by warmth and love. Despite his difficult past, he’s incredibly sweet and loving, eager for cuddles and companionship.
Jango is perfect for a family looking for an older dog who will bring joy and gratitude into their home. He is safe with us now, but what he really needs is a forever family who will cherish him as he deserves.
If you have a place in your heart and home for Jango, please come meet him. Let’s give this wonderful boy the peaceful and loving life he’s always deserved.

Adopting A Senior Dog

Adopting a senior dog can be challenging, as many people are hesitant due to potential health issues and the limited time remaining in their lives.
Paw Prints Rescue would like to provide love and companionship to both elderly dogs and retired individuals and are therefore developing a program that enables pensioners to experience the joy of caring for a dog without incurring high veterinary costs.
In return, senior dogs get the chance to spend their remaining years in comfort.
If you are 65 or older, and would like to give one of our senior doggies, 10 years or older, a forever home, please WhatsApp Jade 082 210 4235

One of our staff (Vicky) had her car stolen from Gillitts Centre two Sundays ago. Her lap top was hidden in the back 😞
We reached out to our friends at KLF Computing – Local Computer Repairs, Sales & Support Centre and they reached out to Electronic Cemetery E-Waste Management and look what we got.
So happy and so grateful to Mike and the KLF team and e-waste cemetery for helping us.
Thank you for your kindness.

Koda

This boy arrived, gosh our hearts just shattered. He’s remained curled up in the same spot all day barely lifting his head.
We are so full, and our vet bills are through the roof, we’ve turned away dozens of dogs in need of help, but there was just no way we could turn this boy away. He needs us and we are committed to giving him the life he deserves.
We named him Koda.
