Adopt A Senior
Adopting a senior dog can be challenging, as many people are hesitant due to potential health issues and the limited time remaining in their lives.
Paw Prints Rescue would like to provide love and companionship to both elderly dogs and retired individuals and are therefore developing a program that enables pensioners to experience the joy of caring for a dog without incurring high veterinary costs.
In return, senior dogs get the chance to spend their remaining years in comfort.
If you are 65 or older, and would like to give one of our senior doggies, 10 years or older, a forever home, please WhatsApp Jade 082 210 4235

Khula Vet – Students
Thank you so much to Charlotte from Khula Vet, for spending the morning with us, we had such a PAWsome group of 10 vet students who come to the shelter.
Of course we had a ton of questions.
They spoke about common diseases especially Rabies, and what the staff need to look for, and of course just general wellbeing/care of the dogs and puppies.
We also broke into teams, so the staff could really get some one on one time. From health checks, physicals to basic first aid training, so much valuable information that our staff need with so many dogs in their care.
It was just so nice to have them all with us.
Wish we could have kept them, but we know that in the future this amazing team will be changing so many lives when they qualified, and we wish them all the best with their studies.
Again, thank you for spending your time getting to know us and our dogs and for caring.
We really appreciate you and what you are doing.
