75 Vaccinations in one go!

Over the last few weeks we have taken in 6 moms with their new born pups from other organisations. The weeks have flown by and on Friday last week, we had the fun of giving all these babies their first vaccinations, not only did WE set a new record, even Dr Naz Khan said she has never done that many vaccinations in one “home” visit.
A total of 75 vaccinations done…
42 six week old pups received their first jabs
26 pups received their second and third jabs
And 7 adults received their boosters and rabies jabs
We are so thankful to Dr Khan and her amazing team from Pulse Veterinary Clinic for giving up their Friday afternoon, as well as the PPRR team and friends for all stepping in and helping getting these babies vaccinated, vet checked and even nails done.
It is critical for us as a rescue organisation to ensure our pups are vaccinated on time to prevent nasty life-threatening and contagious viruses and to ensure our babies have a long and healthy life.
75 Vaccinations was a real financial blow to us, and more importantly all 6 of these moms, plus one other, are going to be sterilised this week too.
If you are able to donate just a little to help us with our astronomical vet bills, please see banking details below. And link to our Zapper code.
Even a little means a lot 🥳
Much Love the PPRR Team

Romeo And Juliet

Let’s make this ending a happy one.
These two sweet dogs were living on the streets in Chatsworth, the community feeding and caring for them.
Juliet came to us heavily pregnant and had her babies shortly after arriving, and Romeo went to another rescue until we had space for him.
They are back together and they were both so happy to see each other again. It literally brought tears to our eyes seeing how happy Juliet was seeing her soul mate.
They are a bonded pair and really love each other, we have never seen two dogs so attached to each other.
We would love to keep them together, it’s not an option to separate them again, so please help us find a family that will adopt both.
Great with people, friendly happy babies, and good with other dogs.
Juliet is about 7 years.
Romeo is about 3 years.
Mr Shakespeare, this love story will have a happy ending.
