This holiday season, Tickles (7 years old) and Rocky (8 years old) have one simple, yet deeply meaningful wish: to find a forever home where they can relax, feel loved, and enjoy the peace they need for the remaining years of their lives.
These two sweet companions came from a home once filled with affection, but through no fault of their own, they now find themselves in need of a place to call their own again. After years of being cherished, they are simply looking for a place to retire, a safe haven where they can spend their golden years surrounded by comfort and care.
Tickles and Rocky truly deserve more than the shelter life. They long for the gentle touch of a loving family who will give them a warm spot on the couch, kind words, and the quiet companionship they crave. They’ve given so much love in the past, and now it’s their turn to be spoiled and cherished.
This Christmas, we’re asking for your help to make their dream come true. We have just used the last of our Washing Powder and Black bags. We are literally washing dozens and dozens of blankets a day, and use about 30 to 40 Black Bags a week.
Please consider donating a bag of washing powder or black bags to us this December. You are welcome to drop off and get some puppy love while you are here, or even simply send to us via Takealot.

Thanks to Animal Antics Pet Rescue NPC 2017/659120/08 for inviting us to join in and assist on their yearly vaccination drive!
It was because of Purina Pro Plan Purina that we could also hand out bags of food to each dog we vaccinated – so a MASSIVE THANK YOU, to you!
Not only did we vaccinate but we educated the young on how to treat, care for, handle and love the dogs in their community.
It is so important to educate.. as the quote says, “teach a man to fish and he will eat all his life.” – We teach the children to care for these beautiful animals and so they will pass it on to future generations.
Another THANK YOU to each and everyone of you who sponsored a vaccination. These furbabies appreciate you and can now enjoy the next 12 months free of viruses.
Our hearts were full to see that majority of the dogs were taken care of and the people in the communities were open to all the information we had to share.

Tank Really Needs A Family
Tank, a sweet Pit Bull boy is in desperate need of a home. He is not coping at the centre and he is crying at night and scratching at his door. He is so miserable, and it breaks our hearts. He needs YOU
He really just wants to be loved.
This majestic boy is only 4 years old and is such a beautiful soul, we would love to make it simpler for him and find him a family, he adores people. Tank is like a big teddy bear and we are certain there is the perfect home out there for him.
No other pets please. He doesn’t like them, he wants his humans for himself. It would be irresponsible of us to try.
Older children would be preferable because he is a big boy with a lot of life in him and he’s very strong. Experience with the breed is essential.
